I have been working with Tapasya for over 6 months now and I can honestly say she is the best PT I have ever had. I started with what I thought was good gym knowledge, but Tapasya has really focused on improving my technique in every way and has managed to help me break my bad habits, I can now feel all the correct muscle groups being activated. It is not just in the gym that she supports you, while being out injured or sick, she provides recovery meal plans, information, stretches and tailors the workouts to your limitations, she truly cares for her clients. For me, I also play football and running, and she has massively improved my mobility and explosive exercises to benefit me in my other activities outside of the gym. Highly recommended Tapasya if you are looking to go above and beyond your goals! (5 stars)
