I’ve always been driven by a deep passion for fitness and a desire to understand how the human body works. This was more than just about building muscle—it was about understanding the science behind every movement, every nutrition plan, and how the body responds to precise training methods.
While being a competitive bodybuilder myself, I wanted to explore ways and methods by which I can maximize my performance not only on stage but in day-to-day life as well, which motivated me to work with several mentors in the fitness and bodybuilding industry.
My coaching isn’t just about making clients look better; it’s about creating sustainable, long-lasting results backed by research and data. With a combination of scientific knowledge and real-world experience, I provide one-on-one coaching tailored to individual goals, whether you’re a beginner looking to start your journey or an experienced athlete aiming to push your limits.
When I first started my fitness journey, I never imagined the obstacles I would face along the way. After dealing with severe PCOS, I was hit with two major surgeries. FUN FACT- I also have a knee implant.
With a strong focus on nutrition and patience, I not only managed to bring my PCOS under control but also rebuilt my strength from scratch. Each day, I worked on my mindset, and step by step, I saw progress. Eventually, I returned to the stage, competing in bikini competitions, and I was fortunate enough to win twice at the Sheru Classic Pro-Qualifiers.
Today, I use my journey & knowledge from studies and research to inspire and guide my female clients, helping them build strength, improve overall health, and develop sustainable fitness habits. My approach is rooted in understanding each client's unique needs and challenges, empowering them to achieve long-lasting results and a balanced, healthier lifestyle.

The timeline for seeing results really depends on your current fitness levels. Once we assess where you’re starting from, we can calculate how long it will take to reach your desired shape and plan your journey from there - for some it might be as less as 6-months but for some it might be a good 18-month effort.
As long as you follow the plan and keep us updated, you should see progress week by week!
We don’t believe in 8–10-week quick fixes; learning and performing movements correctly takes time, and building sustainable habits is a journey. Ideally, we work with clients for a minimum of 6-8 months, and sometimes even 12-18 months, depending on your goals. Reach out, and we can chat about what’s best for your needs!
Yes and no, we can help with a quick 8–12-week transformation—but only for those who are seasoned athletes and just need a few tweaks here and there in their training, like competitive bodybuilders or individuals preparing for a photoshoot. For most people, though, lasting change takes more time and consistency.

When we work with you, it’s not just about the gym—we’re here to help you build real, lasting habits around healthy eating too. And don’t worry, nutrition plans are part of the deal, so you’re fully supported on all fronts.
Absolutely! Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or have any other dietary preference, we’ve got you covered. Our programs are flexible and can be tailored to fit your lifestyle and dietary needs.
The initial setup fee for your program is $250, which covers getting everything ready for you which includes your body-scan, nutrition program as per the starting point, training programs - these get updated every month based on the progress. After that, you’ll only pay per session, which typically ranges from $80 to $120, depending on whether you’re training solo or with a partner.
Typically, we work with clients for a minimum of 6-8 months to see real progress and develop lasting habits, but we don’t impose any minimum term. We do offer a membership pause for up to 4-6 weeks if needed. However, if the pause extends beyond 6-8 weeks, a new program will need to be set in place, and a setup fee will be charged.
